It's in the dispatch confirmation email, not the order confirmation. Check your spam and promotions folders, then search your inbox for quasimask.

A number with no movement usually means the parcel is in transit but hasn't reached its first sorting hub. Normal for the first 48 hours, sometimes longer in busy periods.

Ordered more than one box?
Multi-box orders may ship separately with separate tracking numbers and arrive on different days. If part is missing after 7 business days, email us.

Stuck or stalled?
If tracking shows no movement for 20 business days after dispatch, contact us. We'll open a carrier enquiry and then reship or refund in full.
