Welcome to getquasimask.com. This website is operated by ClickCraft Ventures.
Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to ClickCraft Ventures. By
visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you
live, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this
requirement and that the payment details you provide are your own or that you
are authorised to use them.

2. THE PRODUCT

The Bio-Collagen Overnight Face Mask is a cosmetic skincare product. Each box
contains individually sealed masks for external use on the face only.

3. COSMETIC PRODUCT, NOT A MEDICINE

This product is a cosmetic intended to improve the appearance and feel of the
skin. It is not a drug, it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent
any disease or skin condition, and nothing on this site should be read as a
claim that it does. Statements about hydration, plumpness, texture and the
appearance of pores or fine lines describe the look and feel of the skin.

If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are receiving dermatological
treatment, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional
before use.

4. SAFE USE

You agree to read and follow the directions and warnings on the product page
and on the box. In particular:

  - For external use on the face only
  - Patch test on the inner forearm for 24 hours before first use if your
    skin is sensitive or reactive
  - Read the full ingredient list and do not use the product if you have a
    known allergy to any ingredient
  - Do not apply to broken, sunburnt, freshly shaved or actively irritated
    skin
  - Wait several days after a chemical peel, laser treatment or microneedling
  - Avoid the eye area; if the product enters your eyes, rinse with water
  - Stop using the product and rinse with cool water if redness, stinging or
    irritation occurs
  - Keep out of reach of children
  - Do not use a sachet that has been punctured or has leaked
  - Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  - Single use per mask; do not reapply a used mask

5. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND RESULTS

We make every effort to describe the product accurately. Results vary from
person to person depending on skin type, hydration levels, climate, age and
how often the product is used. Statements about results describe what the
product is formulated for and what customers commonly report, not a guarantee
of a particular outcome for you.

Any before-and-after or customer images on this site show individual results
and are not a promise of the same outcome.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any
applicable taxes stated at that point. We reserve the right to change prices,
change or discontinue the product, and limit order quantities at any time
without notice. Promotional pricing applies only while the promotion is
displayed. If a pricing or description error occurs, we reserve the right to
cancel the affected order and refund it in full, and we will notify you.

7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. We may
decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a payment is not
authorised, where the delivery address cannot be served by our carriers, or
where an order appears to be placed for resale. If we cancel a paid order, we
refund it in full.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping terms, dispatch windows and delivery estimates are set out in our
Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are
estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

9. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and cancellations by our
Cancellation Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, layout, logos and
the Quasimask name, is owned by or licensed to ClickCraft Ventures and is
protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy,
reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of this site for commercial
purposes without our written permission.

11. CUSTOMER CONTENT

If you send us a photograph or review, you grant us permission to display it
on this site and in our marketing, with attribution to the first name or
initials you provide. You can withdraw that permission at any time by
emailing us and we will remove it.

12. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We work to keep this site accurate and current but do not warrant that all
content is free of error or omission. Content on this site is general
information about a cosmetic product. It is not dermatological or medical
advice and should not be relied on as such.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

This site uses third-party services for payment processing, order fulfilment,
shipment tracking, reviews and analytics. Shipment tracking on our Track My
Order page is provided by a third-party tracking service and reflects the data
supplied by the carrier. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or
availability of third-party services.

14. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to
gain unauthorised access to any part of it, not to interfere with its
operation, and not to submit false information when placing an order,
submitting a review, or contacting support.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickCraft Ventures is not liable for
indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of
this site or the product. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total
liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these
terms excludes or limits any right you have under consumer protection law that
cannot be excluded or limited, including rights relating to product safety.

16. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify ClickCraft Ventures against any claim arising from your
use of the product contrary to the directions and warnings provided, or from
your breach of these terms.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND CHANGES

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClickCraft
Ventures is established. We may update these terms at any time by posting a
revised version on this page. The version in force when you place an order is
the version that applies to that order.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is
severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
